Shaun is a senior executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience managing complex organizations and delivering results. He has extensive experience in strategic planning and human capital strategic plannng, and legislation. He has provided strategic planning consultation to the Department of Defense, Federal Trade Commission, Federal ousing Finance Agency, and the Veterans Administration.
He currently serves BAM as the Director of Strategy and Operations and has been with us for the past 10 years. In this capacity, he as guided the company strategy, business objectives, and operational outcomes. He has been a key contributor to BAM's growth success with revenue increasing tenfold over the past 10 years. He maximizes workforce contributions and company efficiencies to increase business performance. Stewards company financial health and manage risk. Architects’ operational strategies to support sustainable growth. Primary areas of oversight include finance, human capital, contracts, and business systems.
Shaun has numerous certifications to include, including Balanced Scorecard Certification, Air Force Enterprise Leadership Seminar and Business of Human Resources Seminar from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Shaun holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor degree in Economics from Norwich University.
In his spare time, Shaun likes to spend his free time volunteering with various organizations like the Boy Scouts of America. He also serves as the President of the Hollin Glen Civic Association and Bishop Ireton High School Dads club.
