Just a few of our BAM Veterans
Our values-based organization proudly welcomes veterans and military spouses. We are committed to fostering the future success of servicemen and servicewomen. Our hiring initiatives are designed to support veterans transitioning to civilian life by creating subject matter expertise opportunities where they can seamlessly apply their skillsets to the private sector. Currently, 25% of our workforce is comprised of veterans or military spouses. We are always eager to benefit from the phenomenal knowledge that service members inevitably bring to the industry.
Our Hiring Initiatives
SkillBridge: The SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Air Force members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprentieships, or internships during their last 180-days of Service. SkillBridge connects Air Force members with industry partners in real-world job experiences. We are a proud SkillBridge partner.
BAM values the subject-matter expertise military spouses bring to our organization. We are committed to supporting our service members and their families through our military spouse initiatives including the MSEP and MySTeP programs. Led by fellow military spouses, these programs provide transition and employment support.

Jeremy's Story
Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky in 2014, where he was a member of the Army ROTC program.
