Kendall is co-founder and Managing Partner of BAM Technologies LLC. She is an enlisted veteran and spouse of a career officer who deployed multiple times. Her experience as a former military member and spouse fueled her passion to build a company focused on a strategy to deliver capabilities to make it easy for military members and their families to navigate seamlessly through the complex policies and rules to get the services and benefits they richly deserve. Since 2005, BAM has collaborated with government and commercial clients to develop and deliver innovative, practical, solutions to complex problems, providing Human Capital enterprise-level solutions designed to improve business processes, workforce effectiveness, and customer relations with government and commercial clients.

A firm believer in her conviction to take care of our military members and their families, over 30 percent of BAM employees are veterans or spouses of veterans. She is responsible for building the management team, and giving direction and leadership in the phases of the professional development of employees. She oversees corporate business and relationships with prime and subcontractor partners, develops marketing strategies, manages contracts, and enforces company ethics and values, and is responsible for BAM client and employee satisfaction, as well as developing strong and lasting client relationships.
